Website Launch With External Vendors

Role: Project Manager

  • Coordinated with an international vendor (USA, different time zones), and cross-functional internal teams;

  • Responsible for managing deliverables from internal teams and external vendors;

  • Negotiated cost reduction to fit client budgetary needs, from $80k to $45k ensuring quality but a lean product launch.

Multi-Project Portfolio Turnaround

Role: Account Manager

  • Hard deadline and restrictions dictated that all projects launch concurrently;

  • Assessed priorities and properly allocated resources to ensure maximum efficiency;

  • Worked with IT and QA to reduce elapsed time without cutting scope or quality;

  • All projects were launched early or on time.

Scrumban Content Creation Project

Role: Project Manager + ScrumMaster

  • Scrumban project covering multi-platform content creation;

  • Managed an international and fully remote team of 10 people;

  • Managed requirements and limited resources, prioritizing tasks for expedited delivery while ensuring quality;

  • Served as ScrumMaster for daily standups to ensure tasks completion.
