Negotiated cost reduction to fit client budgetary needs, from $80k to $45k ensuring quality but a lean product launch.

Multi-Project Portfolio Turnaround
Role: Account Manager

Hard deadline and restrictions dictated that all projects launch concurrently;

Assessed priorities and properly allocated resources to ensure maximum efficiency;

Worked with IT and QA to reduce elapsed time without cutting scope or quality;

Scrumban Content Creation Project
Role: Project Manager + ScrumMaster

Scrumban project covering multi-platform content creation;

Managed an international and fully remote team of 10 people;

Managed requirements and limited resources, prioritizing tasks for expedited delivery while ensuring quality;
