About Me

Hey! I’m Nicole Dupont, a resilient, self-starter Brazilian who moved to Canada to seek new opportunities to learn, evolve, and continue to build my career.

I spent my childhood dreaming of becoming an architect, only to grow up and realize that my mission had something to do with architecture — but it didn't involve concrete or bricks. I discovered my passion for building effective teams by mistake in my first job when I was just 18 years old.

I now have 8 years of relevant, hands-on experience in operations, project management, branding, and marketing. One of my proudest accomplishments in my career was being hired as a social media intern with no formal education in marketing at the time. And after only a few months, being promoted to manager of our team. I directly supervised four people and managed close to 30 accounts at 20 years old. It was incredibly challenging, but I loved it!

I discovered I love solving problems — taking something complex and turning it into an organized structure of thought and strategy. I have also learned that my curiosity helps me understand people; how and why they think and act the way they do.

As a young girl, I always loved teaching my stuffed animals all about the world and I translated that passion into teaching on my own YouTube channel and through content creation. I no longer teach teddy bears, but I have a good following that, like me, also loves to learn.

I'm driven and creative, and enjoy working independently; I thrive in managing roles that require a lot of responsibility and initiative. I'm the kind of girl that organizes her entire life in ClickUp projects because I really like to be organized (and because it's fun 😉).

I’m an entrepreneurial spirit by nature, so I’m always on the lookout for the next challenge, be it in the workspace or as a side hustle. I have proven skills in problem-solving and project management, as well as strong communication, which allows me to effectively manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

I became passionate about helping teams and organizations thrive through creating processes, strategizing, and organization. I build and lead effective teams that create and deliver value to their company and customers. My teams are effective and organized, motivated to accomplish all their goals.
